This lovely specimen is from an autograph book that dates from the 1870s in Toronto. A young woman by the name of Emma Lamb had her friends write comments and poems in a book that she lovingly adorned with some colourful stickers. The autograph book appears to be the equivalent of our modern blogs. There's nothing new under the sun it seems.
